Invoice Financing

Invoice finance is a facility where the lender will pay up to 85% of your invoices as soon as they receive them so that you don’t have to wait for your clients to pay. Once they are paid, the lender will take around 1-3% of the invoice amount as their fee. This can help ease cash flow and is usually seen as a long term form of finance.

Asset Finance

Asset finance is used for purchasing and refinancing assets such as vehicles, equipment and machinery. As the lender takes security against the asset, it is normally cheaper and easier to get financing.
